Jim LaBarbara is a radio personality who has worked on some of the great legendary radio stations including:
WKYC & WIXY in Cleveland, WLW, WCKY. and WGRR in Cincinnati.
Jim wrote and hosted the nationally syndicated oldies show, "The Music Professor."
"Radio & Records" referred to Jim as the "consumate interviewer."
He has a Masters Degree in Broadcasting from the University of Cincinnati (1977) and was an adjunct professor at that school.
PROFESSIONAL HIGHLIGHTS:
2010: Presented with a "Broadcast Legacy Award" and named one of the 20 "Legends" in Cleveland Radio/TV History by the Cleveland Association of Broadcasters
2000: Inducted into the Radio/Television Broadcasters Hall of Fame in Akron, Ohio
1997: Received "Cincinnati Legends Award"
1996: Rock Jock Hall of Fame
